Stevie Nicks sets Houston date

The 27-date tour kicks off on October 25th in Phoenix and is now slated to run through a December 18 show at the Forum in Inglewood, California.

For Nicks fans, this represents the chance to hear big solo hits (Stand Back, Edge Of Seventeen) alongside Fleetwood Mac classics (Gold Dust Woman, Dreams, Landslide).

Live Nation welcomes Stevie Nicks with special guest The Pretenders to KeyArena on Sunday, December 11, 2016. "I just woke up one morning and said, I have two years off before Fleetwood Mac comes knocking on my door", she said.

Nicks also made headlines recently announcing her support for Hillary Clinton for president, adding that she hopes Clinton wins in a ... ahem ...

Nicks' most recent album is "24 Karat Gold: Songs from the Vault", a 2014 release that included new versions of mostly older demos she made between 1969 and 1987.

Nicks, 68, joined Fleetwood Mac in 1975 with her then-boyfriend Lindsey Buckingham.

"Of course I'm for Hillary Clinton", Nicks told the Times when asked her thoughts about the upcoming election. I love being part of a team. "I'd like the rest of the band and they all want to be paid a lot of money".

"In my band, there is no arguing", she continued.

Tickets go on sale Monday, September 12.
