Justin Bieber Being Investigated in Alleged Headbutting Incident

Police are investigating claims that Justin Bieber headbutted a man after fighting two bartenders at a West Hollywood restaurant.

Las Vegas man Rodney Cannon, 34, claimed he met Bieber outside the Westin Cleveland Downtown hotel on June 8 following the Cavaliers' victory over the Golden State Warriors.

Towards the end of past year, Bieber declared he would no longer pose for snaps with ordinary people (solo selfies still very much acceptable). When someone began filming the pretend fight, Justin requested the person stop recording and delete the footage.

TMZ reports another restaurant employee called police and said Bieber headbutted the guy.

When deputies arrived on the scene, however, Bieber had already left.

We're just saying that Bieber has been acting pretty odd and he does have a long history of getting really irritated anyone someone films him in public.

Caroline McBride, spokeswoman for Serafina Restaurant Group, said the restaurant's staff was not involved in the alleged incident.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is investigating an alleged head-butting incident involving pop star Justin Bieber at a West Hollywood restaurant early Saturday. "We always have pleasant experiences with Mr. Bieber whenever he comes to Serafina".

TMZ says it reached out to Justin and/or members of his entourage and has not heard anything back.

The alleged victim reportedly doesn't want to press charges, but the investigation is moving forward anyway.
