Steve Irwin's son Robert brings wildlife onto 'The Tonight Show'

The 13-year-old recently appeared with a few animals - including a dwarf croc, an armadillo, a sloth and a large boa - with talk show host Jimmy Fallon and it was as epic as you imagine.

"My dad was actually on The Tonight Show quite a while ago, and it's really nice to follow in his footsteps".

He spoke passionately about his life at Australia Zoo, prompting Fallon to quip: "It's so cool to see you like this - you're your dad!"

The late Steve Irwin's son Robert is now 13 and he's growing up to be just like his dad. The resemblance between Steve Irwin's enthusiasm for the natural world and his son is striking, and even his sister Bindi was moved by the similarity. "I think I'm the luckiest kid on planet Earth", Irwin says emphatically.

Indeed, Steve Irwin himself made several appearances on The Tonight Show back when it was hosted by Jay Leno, before sadly passing away in 2006 after a fatal injury by a stingray barb, while filming a documentary on the Great Barrier Reef. His family, including daughter Bindi, has continued to advocate for wildlife conservation.

The comment section in YouTube could not stop gushing about how much Robert Irwin reminded them of his father Steve Irwin. Proceeds from the dinner will benefit the Wildlife Warriors.
