I want my kids to have siblings: Kim Kardashian

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star is desperate to expand her family with her husband Kanye West - who is already the father to their three-year-old daughter North and their 15-month-old son Saint - and has chose to go under the knife to fulfil her dream.

"Having more kids is definitely gonna be a struggle", Kim revealed. "Now, I feel like that's my reality".

But she is also contemplating undergoing surgery on her uterus to "repair this hole" in her organ in a bid to make it possible to have more children.

Later, we see her go to a urologist to get the "legitimate pee bag" removed ("I just want to get this over with, I just want to be able to pee", she says with a tiny smile).

Since the surgery didn't go as planned, Kardashian and West determined surrogacy would be the best option to expand their family. "Whatever is meant to be will be". "Not only has this been really painful, but now hearing that I can't carry any more kids, it couldn't get any worse", Kardashian said in the episode.

Speaking to sisters Khloe and Kourtney, an emotional Kim said she felt the surgery was "a waste" and she was considering other options. Kris Jenner stated, "I'm not sure it's worth it".

The mother of two - daughter North is 3 and son Saint is 1 - has been vocal about her two complicated pregnancies and deliveries. "She added that she wants "to try" surrogacy". When stepping out on the town on Friday, the reality star showed a correlation between how much hair she chops off and how much skin she shows when running errands.

Kim Kardashian has apparently accepted that her third child must be carried by a surrogate. This is despite doctor's warnings that pregnancy might be a health risk for her. To which Kim replied, "Yeah, but after Paris I feel the need to bring another soul into this world".

"After talking to Kanye ..."

"They won't know whether or not it was successful until I heal up".

Kim Kardashian West would "love nothing more" than to have another baby. I always knew surrogacy was an option. "I've never met a more genuine person, someone who care so much about what's really going on in your life aside from all the beauty and the fashion".
