New Jersey State police say four men and a teenage boy have been charged in a rolling shootout that began on the Garden State Parkway and ended in a Wawa parking lot in Egg Harbor Township.
Police arrived on the scene Monday afternoon on the northbound side of the expressway near milepost 39 to find Rosemund Octavius, 22, of Egg Harbor Township, dead of a gunshot wound he sustained while riding in the passenger seat of a Nissan Maxima that police said was involved in the shooting. They also announced multiple weapons charges - including not being lawfully able to carry a firearm charges - against the occupants of the Expedition: Lenardo Caro, 24, of Little Egg Harbor Township; Yahshaun Stukes-Williams, 19, of Mays Landing; Shaun Stukes, 38, of Atlantic City; and a 16-year-old boy not identified since he's a minor.

The three men in the Expedition also face a charge of using a juvenile in a crime, said troopers.
Yahshaun Stukes-Williams, 19, of Mays Landing, was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for unlawful goal, possession of an assault weapon, possession of a defaced firearm and employing a juvenile in a crime.
"State police detectives and Egg Harbor Police canine officers traced the path of the Expedition back to a location near the Wawa where they found four weapons including three handguns and one AK-style assault rifle", according to a statement from state police.
State Police say it is not yet clear which vehicle fire the shots that killed Octavius, or injured the four occupants of the Expedition.
Four people were taken to area hospitals, with one reportedly in "serious" condition.

Police said Hicks, the driver of the Maxima, was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful goal and certain persons not to possess a firearm.
Shaun Stukes, 38, of Atlantic City, was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for unlawful goal, possession of an assault weapon, possession of a defaced firearm and employing a juvenile in a crime. Stukes-Williams and Stukes remain hospitalized.
Working with the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office, troopers charged five people with weapons offenses.
Authorities say more charges could be filed. He said that no other vehicles were hit by bullets.
State police say at least two people have been injured in shootings in a New Jersey town.
Police were also investigating around a auto on the side of the Garden State Parkway near mile marker 38 northbound.
Police say one victim was found at a convenience store, but it wasn't known if the shooting occurred at that site.
