Trump might meet with Putin before inauguration if elected

After Vladimir Putin abruptly canceled his scheduled meeting with French president François Hollande (Hollande had accused Russia of war crimes in Aleppo, Syria), last week Putin issued a communiqué to Russian diplomats worldwide to bring home their families and relatives back to the Motherland.

Mr. Trump, who has declined to make his tax returns public, has denied that he has business interests in Russian Federation.

More news: Moon hit by meteoroids much more often than thought

Following the United States' formal accusation of Russian Federation for its part in the hack on the Democratic National Convention this summer, new reports now claim that the Obama administration is considering what would be "an unprecedented covert cyber action against Russian Federation".

"But their behavior has undermined worldwide norms and global rules in ways we have to call them out on", Obama said, citing "Russian aggression in Ukraine" and other actions. "I'd invite Mr Trump to stop whining, and go try to make his case to get votes".

Trump's comments October 17, on a conservative radio talk show, were the latest remarks drawing attention to his affinity to the Russian leader, whose government has been accused of interfering in the USA election.

"Anybody who occupies the Office should feel the same way", Obama said.

"Mr Trump rarely surprises me these days", the president added. In the past, he has also dismissed Putin's human rights record.
