After Vladimir Putin abruptly canceled his scheduled meeting with French president François Hollande (Hollande had accused Russia of war crimes in Aleppo, Syria), last week Putin issued a communiqué to Russian diplomats worldwide to bring home their families and relatives back to the Motherland.
Mr. Trump, who has declined to make his tax returns public, has denied that he has business interests in Russian Federation.
In spite of Putin's denial that Russia has been involved in the Wikileaks email dumps, and in spite of Wikileaks founder Julian Assange denying Russian involvement, the Obama administration is insisting to the contrary.
US President Barack Obama on Tuesday slammed Donald Trump's "flattery" of Russia's Vladimir Putin as "unprecedented" and "out of step" with both Democrats and rank-and-file Republicans.
"But their behavior has undermined global norms and worldwide rules in ways that we have to call them out on", Obama told reporters at a joint news conference with the visiting Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi, in the Rose Garden of the White House.

Following the United States' formal accusation of Russian Federation for its part in the hack on the Democratic National Convention this summer, new reports now claim that the Obama administration is considering what would be "an unprecedented covert cyber action against Russian Federation".

"Mr Trump rarely surprises me these days", the president added. In the past, he has also dismissed Putin's human rights record.
