Pakistani and other terrorist friendly sources have often portrayed Osama bin Laden as a poor old man suffering from chronic liver illness running from cave to cave hiding from “evil American forces”. We now know, thanks to the successful Operation Geronimo, that Osama bin Laden wasn’t in any cave but was being protected by the Pakistani military / intelligence establishment in the military garrison / cantonment city of Abbottabad.

Reports now indicate, based on the drugs found in the medicine cabinet in Osama’s mansion, that there is no indication that Osama bin Laden suffered from any kind of chronic long term illness either.
