Pressure Mounts on Pakistan ISI Chief Ahmad Shuja Pasha to Quit

According to various anonymous sources, pressure is mounting on ISI Chief Ahmad Shuja Pasha to quit his job. Pasha was recently given an extension, so was Pakistan Army Chief General Kayani.

Events that have lead up to this:

  1. Raymond Davis episode
  2. Continuous drone strikes
  3. Osama bin Laden’s capture

Osama was protected in an ISI safe house in Abbottabad. However the United States was not only able to track him down, but launch a daring solo military operation that terminated the terror chief.

This is being seen as a huge embarrassment for the Pakistani Army and the ISI. WIll Pasha be made the scapegoat?
